Payment Methods

All prices on klovi.in are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes.

How you can pay

• Pay in full online — UPI, credit and debit cards, or net banking. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree.
• Partial COD — pay 30% of your order value online and the balance in cash when your order is delivered.

We do not offer full Cash on Delivery.

10% off prepaid orders

Pay in full online and get 10% off your order. The discount applies automatically when you choose a fully prepaid payment method, and can be combined with other coupons.

Partial COD charges

If you choose Partial COD:

• You pay 30% of the order value online at checkout.
• You pay the remaining 70% in cash to the delivery agent.
• A ₹30 handling charge per order is added and collected with the balance on delivery.
• The 10% prepaid discount does not apply to Partial COD orders.

The handling charge is shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged an amount you have not already seen.

Refunds on Partial COD orders

If your order is cancelled, defective, damaged or wrong, we refund the 30% advance and any balance you paid, to your original payment method or to your UPI or bank account. The ₹30 handling charge is refunded whenever the problem is our fault.

If a dispatched parcel is refused or delivery fails, a flat ₹100 is deducted towards courier costs, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payment security

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. All payments are handled by Cashfree, our payment gateway. KLOVI will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN or card PIN, or ask you to transfer money to a personal account.

Pricing

All prices include GST. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
