Refund policy

At KLOVI, each product is produced in limited quantities with a strong focus on quality and fit. We request customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted strictly within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered.

  • All requests are subject to internal approval and mandatory quality inspection (QC).


Reverse Pick-up Policy

  • Reverse pick-up is subject to serviceability of your delivery pincode and is not guaranteed.

  • A maximum of two pick-up attempts will be made.

  • If both pick-up attempts fail, the customer must self-ship the product within 48 hours of approval.

  • Failure to ship the product within this timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the request.
     

Mandatory Quality Check (QC)
All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection at our warehouse.
Returns will be rejected without exception if products are:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Carry perfume, body odour, stains, lint, or marks

  • Damaged due to customer handling

Rejected products will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only once per order and are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange delivery timelines are 7–10 working days, depending on location.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at KLOVI’s discretion.


Returns & Refunds

  • Upon successful QC approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment source.

  • Refunds cover product value only.

  • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after QC approval. Bank timelines may vary.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled free of cost within 24 hours of placement OR before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are accepted only at KLOVI’s discretion.

  • Post-shipment cancellations will incur a convenience fee, covering forward & reverse logistics and handling costs.

  • Any approved refund will be net of applicable convenience and logistics charges.


Payment Mode Policy

  • Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Orders can be placed only via:

    • Prepaid, or

    • Partial COD (where applicable)

  • Repeated delivery refusals or failed deliveries may result in restriction of COD / Partial COD privileges.


Valid Reasons for Exchange / Return
Requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Product received damaged or defective

  • Missing product or accessory

Change of mind, colour preference, or styling expectations are not valid reasons for return.

Final Authority

  • KLOVI reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or cancellation request.

  • Any misuse of the policy or repeated RTO/TRO behaviour may lead to account restriction or permanent blocking.
