www.klovi.in is operated by Harv Enterprises, a sole proprietorship with its principal place of business at 53, Mankrola, Gurugram, Haryana – 122505, India, GSTIN 06BIFPH5086P1ZQ, trading as KLOVI. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to buy from us, and the details you give us must be accurate and complete. We may cancel orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Products and images

We describe our garments as accurately as we can, including fabric, GSM and fit. Colours may vary slightly across screens and devices. Garment measurements are on each product page; please check them against a garment you already own before ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there has been a pricing or listing error. In each case we refund any amount you have paid.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Cashfree. You may pay in full online, or choose Partial COD by paying 30% online and the balance in cash on delivery, with a ₹30 handling charge per order. Prepaid orders receive 10% off. Full details are in our Payment Methods page.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on our courier partner. Where a dispatched parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, a flat ₹100 is deducted from your refund towards courier costs. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and exchanges

We accept defect claims and size exchanges as set out in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy. The KLOVI security tag must be attached, intact and unbroken. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

8. Intellectual property

The KLOVI name, logo, designs, embroidery artwork, photographs and website content belong to Harv Enterprises. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Your conduct

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to place fraudulent orders, or to misuse our contact channels.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are free from manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil disruption, courier failure, or government action.

12. Grievances

Complaints go to our Grievance Officer at grievance@klovi.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
