Welcome to Klovi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using Klovi, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform or place an order.

  • If under 18, you may use Klovi only under parental/guardian supervision.

2. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account with accurate details (name, email, phone, address).

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We aim to display product information and pricing accurately, but errors may occur.

  • Prices may change without notice; the price charged will be the one at checkout.

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel/refuse due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  • You’ll receive an acknowledgment after placing an order and confirmation once dispatched.

5. Payments

  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.

  • COD orders may carry additional handling fees.

  • By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the method selected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Timelines are estimates; delays may occur.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once delivered to the provided address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy governs this in detail. Key highlights:

  • 7-day return window from delivery.

  • Prepaid orders: Express refunds in 24–48 hours post pickup scan, free reverse pickups, priority processing.

  • COD orders: Refunded in 5–7 business days, ₹100 pickup fee for change-of-mind returns.

  • Innerwear, socks, masks, customized items, gift cards, and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Klovi for unlawful/fraudulent purposes.

  • Abuse referral codes, discounts, or return systems.

  • Upload harmful or infringing content.

  • Engage in “wear-and-return” abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, designs, text, and content are owned by Klovi and protected by Indian IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Klovi is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our Platform, including delays or errors.

  • Our liability is limited to the total order value paid by you.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Klovi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle and protect your personal data.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Klovi is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Klovi after changes implies your acceptance.
