Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities generally receive orders faster (3–4 days), while non-metro and remote areas may take longer (5–7 days).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics delays, strikes, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders → Free standard shipping across India.

COD Orders → May carry a small handling fee (displayed at checkout).

For express or priority shipping (where available), charges will be shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

You can track your order directly on our website/app or through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24 hours for systems to refresh.
5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address.

If undelivered after attempts, the package will be returned to Klovi. We will then contact you to reschedule, with additional shipping charges if applicable.
6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Klovi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete contact numbers, or unavailability of the recipient.
7. International Shipping

Currently, Klovi ships only within India.

8. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

9. Order Splits & Multiple Shipments

In rare cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately for faster delivery.

Customers will be notified if an order is split, and each shipment will have its own tracking ID.
10. Support for Shipping Issues
