Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We do not charge a delivery fee anywhere in India.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 36 hours of being placed. We dispatch seven days a week.

Delivery timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on our courier partner, your location and factors outside our control such as weather, strikes or public holidays. We will tell you if your order is going to be delayed.

Serviceable areas

We deliver across India, to all pincodes served by our courier partner. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp and email. You can follow your shipment on the courier partner's tracking link.

Failed delivery and refused parcels

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and that the balance amount is ready for Partial COD orders.

If a parcel is refused at the door, or delivery fails because the address or contact details were incorrect or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to us. In that case we deduct a flat ₹100 towards the forward and return courier costs we have already paid, and refund the remaining amount to your original payment method.

This ₹100 deduction applies only to parcels that have already been dispatched. It never applies to orders cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched, and we refund the full amount paid. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation. If we are able to stop the order before dispatch, we refund it in full with no deduction. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; if you refuse the parcel, the ₹100 deduction above applies.
