This policy explains what personal data Harv Enterprises (KLOVI, we) collects when you use www.klovi.in, why we collect it, and what rights you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Order details: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and what you bought.
Payment information: processed entirely by our payment gateway, Cashfree. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Communication: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, and your replies to our messages.
Website usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing preferences: whether you have chosen to receive updates from us by email or WhatsApp.

You can browse and buy as a guest; creating an account is optional.

Why we collect it

To process, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
To contact you about your order and to answer your questions.
To send you updates about new drops, if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

Shopify, which hosts our online store.
Cashfree, our payment gateway.
Our courier aggregator, courier partners and, for dropshipped products, the fulfilment partner shipping that item.
Our email and WhatsApp communications providers, to send order updates and, if you have opted in, marketing messages.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics, which receive website usage data through cookies and pixels so we can measure and improve our advertising.
Government authorities, where we are required by law to disclose information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work properly.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Website usage data is kept for as long as our analytics tools retain it.

How we protect it

Our website runs over an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by Cashfree, a PCI-compliant gateway. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the business. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
stop sending you marketing messages.

Write to support@klovi.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, contact our Grievance Officer, whose details are below, and you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

Children

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
